Holly Borel, Chief Executive Officer of Spindletop Center, holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an undergraduate degree in psychology and is a native Southeast Texas, having grown up in Port Arthur. She has served almost 35 years in the Community Mental Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities system across Southeast Texas and the Rio Grande Valley. In addition, Borel has surveyed for CARF International, Inc., accrediting organizations in the provision of behavioral health, substance abuse, integrated care and rehabilitation services. Ms. Borel has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to improving the lives of individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness, substance use disorder and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Creslyn Foster is the Chief of Human Resources at Spindletop Center. She is an HR practitioner who has over 20 years of experience in human resources, which is inclusive of working within a wide spectrum of sectors (grocery, retail, non-profit, and healthcare). Her commitment to coaching and developing the workforce is self-evident, and she highly acknowledges the efforts put forth by others. Ms. Davis??? mantra is to ???Project positive energy for others are in need of positivity.??? She believes that human capital is the biggest asset any organization can possess and is grateful to work for Spindletop Center.
Denise LeBlanc is the Chief Financial Officer for Spindletop Center. She is a Groves native and a Lamar University alumni. Denise is proud to work alongside talented, caring individuals who work hard to make a difference in the lives of our clients and our community.
Lisa Gibbs is the Chief IDD Officer at Spindletop Center. She is a graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and she has worked at Spindletop Center for over 30 years. Ms. Gibbs is responsible for Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) services, which include screening, eligibility determination, service coordination, community support, respite, employment services, behavioral support, nursing, specialized therapies, vocational training, day habilitation, crisis services, and waiver services.
Bryan Gauthier is the Chief Information Officer at Spindletop Center.
Spindletop Center operates under the leadership of our Board of Trustees. Members of the Board of Trustees are appointed by the four county commissioners courts in Jefferson, Chambers, Orange and Hardin counties.
