JOB PURPOSE: The Program Manager will provide clinical consultation, staff training, and develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field, have BCBA or BCBA-D certification and experience with children ages 3 to 15 on the autism spectrum.
Primary job responsibilities include supervision and training of assigned staff and oversight of each client's treatment program. The BCBA develops individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for each assigned client based on behavioral assessment and individualized data and family input. The BCBA conducts the initial implementation of the programs, reviews data frequently, modifies programs as necessary to maximize progress, and monitors treatment integrity. The BCBA provides direct one-on-one and small group treatment using ABA procedures for children with a diagnosis of Autism.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field. Documented graduate-level coursework in behavioral assessment and intervention, selecting outcomes and strategies, behavior change procedures, experimental methods, and measuring and interpreting behavioral data. At least one year of experience in providing services to children ages 3-15 with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. Knowledge of typical child development for children ages 3-15. Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Extensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, including behavior assessment, intervention design, and data analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing evidence-based programs, tailored to the needs of individual children with ASD.

- Skilled in analyzing child outcome data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust programs as necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for providing clear, concise feedback to families, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to identify challenges within the program or individual cases and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and requirements related to providing services to children with autism, and a commitment to maintaining compliance with those standards.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards for client records and communication.
- Skill with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, fax, copier) and software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, EHR).

- May be required to interact with other consumers, referral sources, outside agencies, and family members to determine needs and actions to be taken.
- Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in that state.
- Liability insurance required if employees operate a personal vehicle on Center property or for Center business. Must be insurable by the Center's liability carrier if an employee operates a Center vehicle or drives a personal car on Center business.
- Must complete all training requirements in the month in which they are due.
- Availability of a personal vehicle for business use may be required.
- Work may take place within clinic-office or community settings (schools, nursing homes, clients' residences, shelters etc.).
- May be responsible for providing group ABA services as needed.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements that may include home visits, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, and standing or sitting for long periods of time if required.
- Position may require flexible hours, including evenings as needed.
Essential Tasks & Standards:
- Manages the activities of the program in accordance with Center operating guidelines
- Maintains program and consumer records in accordance with all applicable standards.
- Develops and recommends program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations for review and approval by management and monitors compliance with policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff documentation on a regular basis to assure accuracy and timeliness of data entry and ensures that progress notes are submitted within 48 hours with 95% program compliance and provides appropriate corrective counseling when problems are found.
- Oversee the overall quality of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring that interventions are implemented accurately and are aligned with the program's goals and best practices.
- Provide ongoing clinical consultation to staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, address challenges, and promote professional growth.
- Participate in decisions regarding the admission and/or discharge of individual children to and from the program, considering their needs, progress, and treatment goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of all behavioral intervention plans and procedures to ensure they are effective, appropriate, and evidence-based.
- Create, implement, and update staff and parent training curricula, ensuring that training programs are comprehensive and aligned with program objectives.
- Provide training to staff on behavior management techniques, individualized treatment plans, and other relevant areas of development.
- Lead training sessions for parents and caregivers, ensuring they understand how to implement behavioral strategies and support their child's development effectively at home.
- Develop, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral services that are tailored to the individual needs of children in the program.
- Summarize and review child outcome data to guide future program development and treatment planning. Use data to make informed decisions regarding program adjustments.
- Regularly provide feedback to families regarding their child's progress, challenges, and recommendations for ongoing support.
- Perform other duties as necessary and assigned that support the continued growth and success of the program.
