REPORTS TO: Facilities Director

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION REQUIRED: General

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or GED, supplemented by training in related building trades. Must have two years experience in maintenance and repair of buildings and in the operation and maintenance of electrical, air conditioning and mechanical equipment.

Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in that state. Liability insurance required if employee will operate personal vehicle on Center property or for Center business. Must be insurable by Center's liability carrier if employee operates a Center vehicle or drives personal car on Center business.

Must complete all CORE training requirements in month in which they are due.

Must be available to provide on call duties on a monthly basis as required. This may require emergency overtime when the need arises by responding to emergency call outs before or after scheduled hours of work.
