JOB PURPOSE: The
Clinic Supervisor performs a supervisory role in the designated clinic as
assigned. This position assumes responsibility for the operational and ongoing
support of health care delivery at a fast paced, innovative clinic working with
underserved, indigent and Medicaid/Medicare populations. Must understand that
duties are subject to change as determined by director/executive management to
meet the needs of the center.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's
degree in Social, Behavioral, or Human Services. Two (2) years' experience
working in a health care facility or clinic, preferred. Two (2) years in
leadership position with experience in staff supervision required. Work
requires knowledge in a professional or technical field.
